Return Policy
If an item does not meet your satisfaction, please Email us for return instructions Sales@truckersoutlet.com within 30 days of receipt. Do not ship a return before receiving a Return Authorization number. We will provide you with a return address and any necessary return authorization numbers. Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
Please pack carefully. Merchandise must be clean, unused, damage free and in resalable condition for full credit to be issued. All products covered with a protective laser film coating, such as fenders and visors, cannot be returned once the coating has been partially or fully removed. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on items that do not meet our standards.
Credit is typically issued in the original form of payment. For example, if you paid using a credit card, you will see the return amount credited to your credit card once the return is processed. In some instances, credit may be issued on Truckers Outlet Gift Card. We do not refund shipping charges.
Special order items, such as Visors bumpers and custom pieces, are not returnable. We require the customer to review and approve a drawing with detailed specifications before purchasing such items. Fuel tank covers, carpet, bug screens and winter fronts are also custom items that are not returnable unless defective.
Damaged Shipments
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, Email us immediately at Sales@truckersoutlet.com
We insure your shipment against damage in transit. If your shipment shows any sign of visual damage, it should be noted on the freight bill or receiving ticket and signed by the driver at the time the delivery is made. If damage to your shipment is concealed and not visible until the carton is opened, please keep all of the packing materials and the original carton. You may be asked to provide photos of the package.
Warranty Claims
If you wish to pursue a warranty claim on an item that was purchased from Truckersoutlet.com please Email us at Sales@truckersoutlet.com someone from our sales team will assist you. Shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
