Shipping Policy:

We ship Same Day or Next day on In Stock items. Non stock items can have a slight delay but we will try to get your product(s) to be dropped shipped to you by the Manufacture for faster delivery.

We will notify you via E-mail or Telephone on estimated delivery time for Custom orders.

Magic Truck Supply currently ships through UPS Ground. We only ship to Credit Card Verified Address. If you have any special requirements or would like to place a special shipping arrangement please E-mail us at: info@truckersoulet.com

If your shipment shows any sign of visual damage, it should be noted on the freight bill or receiving ticket and signed by the driver. If damage to your shipment is concealed (not visible until the carton is opened), please keep all of the packing materials and the original carton. In both cases please notify us at 888-305-8999 immediately.

Our goal is to supply you with the Highest Quality parts & accessories on the market. If for any reason an items does not meet your satisfaction please read below for our return policy

Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase with receipt

Merchandise must be in Perfect Re-salable condition in Original Undamaged packaging.

Returns are subject to 20% restocking fee.

No fees applied if error is in our part.

Refunds will be issued in either Credit Card Return OR Store Credit. If Credit Card Return is chosen re-stocking fee will be automatically subtracted for your convenience. If Store Credit is chosen, restocking fee will be waived.

When returning an item Please Pack Carefully! If item is received damaged no refund or credit will be issued.

All shipping costs will be paid by customer.

No returns on lights with cut wiring

No Returns on any product that has been Damaged, Painted Or Modified in any way. No Exceptions!

All returns will be inspected by our returns department. Any defects or damage due to but not limited to: Merchandise that has been abused or improperly installed and not found to be the fault of TRUCKERSOUTLET.comwill be rejected to sender at their expense.
